I'd like to devote this first installment of my "Exploring the world of music" series to a single song, "The Seeker." Written by Pete Townshend of The Who, I've always enjoyed "The Seeker" for both its style and its lyrics, which are highly philosophical in nature and really speak to me. As a self-described lifelong learner and deep thinker, I'm always in a restless pursuit for answers and truth. You'll just have to listen to the song to know what I'm talking about. The first video here is of The Who performing it, while the second is of Rush covering the song in 2004.
